Phillip Wong, PhD Director, Immune Monitoring Biography Phillip Wong heads the Immune Monitoring Core Facility at MSKCC. The facility is dedicated to the development of optimal clinical sample collection processes, advanced immune monitoring technology and implementation of standardized assays to identify immune correlates of clinical outcomes of treatment of cancer patients on clinical trials of novel mono- and combination immunotherapies. The core provides expertise in antibody-based technologies, including immunoassays and flow cytometry-based cellular assays, for characterizing immune responses and measurement of membrane-bound as well as soluble protein biomarkers in single or multiplexed fashion.
